By accessing our platform, enrolling in courses, or utilizing our mock test features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the website, our Tutor LMS digital infrastructure, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by Pratiksha Pandey (Bhasha Academy).
The educational materials provided (including Civil Services lectures and One-Day Exam content) are protected by copyright and trademark laws of India.
The Content and Marks are provided on the site “AS IS” for your personal, non-commercial education only.
Any unauthorized scraping, downloading, recording, or redistribution of our courses will result in immediate termination of account access and appropriate legal action under the Indian Copyright Act.
3. User Registration & Account Security
To access the learning parameters of Bhasha Academy, you are required to create a secure student profile. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your password and credentials.
Strictly Prohibit Account Sharing: One account is restricted to one user. Simultaneous logins from multiple IP structures or unauthorized devices will lead to automated security locks on your profile without a liability for fee refund.
4. Fee Payments & Billing
All commercial transactions for educational packages on Bhasha Academy are processed via secure encrypted protocols:
We utilize Cashfree Payments as our primary authorized payment gateway operator.
You agree to provide valid credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI credentials for all purchases.
Bhasha Academy does not store financial transaction pins or secondary passwords on its local database server scripts.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
Circumventing or disabling security-related features of the website or video streaming players.
Engaging in automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
