Thank you for choosing Bhasha Academy for your competitive examination preparation. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of course registrations and the issuance of refunds for educational services purchased on our platform.
1. Corporate Identity & Application Scope
All financial transactions, course enrollments, and electronic purchase receipts on this website are issued under the proprietary legal ownership of Pratiksha Pandey (the “Proprietor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), trading under the institutional brand name Bhasha Academy.

This policy applies to all online programs, mock test series, and live streaming interactive modules offered through our integrated Tutor LMS portal.
2. General Non-Refundability of Digital Services
Due to the immediate, digital distribution nature of our premium educational content (including but not limited to live online lectures, recorded digital modules, downloadable study manuals, and algorithmic mock test papers):
All course enrollment fees paid by a user are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to any other batch or student profile once account access has been provisioned.
We advise all aspirants to thoroughly review course descriptions, syllabus structures, and available free demo lectures before executing a commercial checkout transaction via our payment gateway.
3. Mitigation of Duplicate/Technical Transaction Failures
In circumstances where digital network latencies or banking server errors occur during the checkout sequence:
Duplicate Debits: If an applicant is billed twice for a single educational product due to a gateway technical error, the extra amount will be automatically tracked and processed for a refund.
Payment Failure / Account Not Activated: If funds are successfully debited from your bank account or UPI handle, but our Tutor LMS dashboard fails to automatically provision your course authorization, we will verify the transaction log with our settlement aggregator, Cashfree Payments.
Refund Timeline: Verified technical duplicates or unprovisioned transaction failures will be safely auto-credited back to the user’s original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI App handle) within 5 to 7 working days in strict compliance with standard banking settlement frameworks in India.
4. Direct Account Termination and Cancellation Policy
Bhasha Academy reserves the right to unilaterally terminate a student’s platform authentication without notice if they are found engaging in prohibited activities (e.g., sharing login details, extracting content illegally, or using abusive behavior in live stream chats).
In instances of disciplinary or copyright violation account closures, all associated course premium fees are forfeited, and no claims for a partial or total refund will be entertained.
5. Policy Amendments
Pratiksha Pandey (Bhasha Academy) reserves the explicit right to modify, adjust, or completely replace sections of this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any given interval to stay aligned with dynamic payment infrastructure guidelines or regulatory frameworks.
